Confidence doesn’t
come from lying to yourself, it comes
from knowing yourself!

This fake it till you make it part is only
part of the puzzle, sure it’s a throw-away
line that has you squash your fear for a
moment so you step up and take action...
BUT!
.
This energy is short-lived.
.
It’s not until you actually spend the time
to get to know yourself, building trust in
yourself and consciously know how you
react and respond to situations that you
actually start to develop confidence!
.
Don’t believe me? Feel like you’re ‘life is too
messed up’ I call BS on that, if you’re prepared
to step up, I’ll step up too and support you on

I get it you’re tired of being your sole cheerle

I get it you’re tired of
being your sole cheerleader, telling
yourself ‘it will get better that ‘life
can’t always be this challenging...’
.
But when the world around you seems
a little uncertain, cloudy, off-kilter, don’t
give your power away to it.
.
We give our power away when we tell
ourselves that ‘this external thing is the
reason I’m like this.’
.

At that moment you’ve stopped believing
in yourself, given your power away and
may as well just sit down, have a cup of
tea and wait till your thoughts change...

Because nothing different will happen
until your thoughts change.

May let your outside world dictate your
nside world and don’t stop believing in

Journalling when done right can be a form of self

Journalling when done right can be a form of self coaching yet when I ask students ‘have you journaled before?’ Most say the same thing that I used to say...

“Yes but I find it doesn’t help.”

Most of the time the reason for this is because they aren’t actually journalling, what they are doing is dumping their thoughts onto the page and then swimming in the emotional mess that they have just created with no way to get out.

Journalling when done effectively and with a process is an internal self exploration tool that allows you to deep dive into your unconscious mind, find the hook that is being impacted and then transform it to be a healing and empowering experience.

Journalling correctly will bring you more peace and happiness within as you will gain a deeper and healthy over understanding of who you are and how you operate.

Learn to love you. Learn to accept all the things

Learn to love you.
Learn to accept all the things
you once judged yourself for.
Let go of that which is holding
you back from living the life
you actually want or to have the
relationship you actually want.

Whether you actually believe it
or not you’re in control of your
life, you have a choice how you
respond in the next moment.
.
Will all of this completely go
away and never be a problem
again?
.
Not fully no, but it will dissipate
and through accepting, letting go
and loving you’ll find it has less of
a hold on your emotions and your
unconscious mind.

Ultimately you WILL free yourself
from its grasp.
