Abusive relationships are not limited to just intimate relationships.
There can be abusive friendships or family relations. And just because they are a friend or family member doesn’t give them any more right to be abusive to you.
So sometimes you have to break up with a friend or step away from your family for a period of time. Either way life isn’t about living in a space that doesn’t have you feel good about yourself.
Because you might be doing the other person an injustice by staying around. The act of stepping away and honoring yourself might be the catalyst they need to check in with themself and go to a new level of personal growth!
